Luxurious stay in a small hotel. Delicious breakfast, gorgeous location and SPECIAL views. I loved a nice decor and lovely furniture. Everything was absolutely fine as expected, however the bathroom was old.

this hotel is good value. large room included television and free tea. it was close enough to york beach. plenty of food at breakfast like coffee, fruit and tea.
Unfortunately, the street was noisy.
